Well, when I only had Prophecies I ran a build similar to this.
http://www.pvxwiki.com/wiki/Build:N/Me_Blacklight
If you find that some of the skills aren't performing the way you like, don't be afraid to change a few of them.
Hope this helps... Good luck.

Thanks man :P Is this useful in Random arenas? and should i get [insidious parasite] [enfeebling blood] [suffering]? Instead of [parasitic bond]? and it says this build is Out-dated, so does this work anymore?

Hum let me see if I remember the old blood/curse pressure builds.
[offering of blood][life siphon][parasitic bond][faintheartedness][enfeeble][strip enchantment][resurrection signet]
Don't know about the last one, maybe vampiric gaze for some direct damage, or a defensive warrior stance.
Replacements possible:
Rend enchantments instead of Strip enchantment
Enfeebling blood instead of Enfeeble
It won't be that effective tho...

no offence, Turbobusa, but I don't see how [skill]offering of blood[/skill] is a viable choice for pvp, ESPECIALLY with the oh-so-awsome primary necro attribute: soul reaping. enfeeble is a great choice though. one thing you could try, reort, is
[skill]glyph of lesser energy[/skill][skill]spiteful spirit[/skill][skill]price of failure[/skill][skill]reckless haste[/skill][skill]enfeeble[/skill]
then add a blood magic spell of your choice for survivability.
Just a thought.

It's mainly use because while soul reaping is great, in none organized formats where you're not built to abuse it you may not get it to trigger that often.
Spreading life siphon offset OoB's sacrifice, and you can even get a 1/4 recharge on it.
I prefer not depending on SR,, that's just personnal preference
I don't like SS bars in RA. Face a ranger or a mesmer and you're done. Hell even when I play para I take power spike...

OoB doesn't get nearly enough credit as a good energy management skill, esp. when you can't depend on SR - the only thing scary is opening yourself up to being spiked after using it. i still run something like Turbobusa's first post, and it should work fine for a proph only char.

[Awaken the blood] seems like a good choice. People usually use it to boost curses, but in this build, it will augment both attributes. For the elite, you might want to use something like [Soul Leech] or [corrupt enchantment].

Hum 30% OoB is too much.
Corrupt is out of question since it is from nightfall, and soul leech sucks
The last spot should really be a defensive stance imo.

Oob is amazing because it allows you to spam more curses hexes.
